A little bit about me...

Having spent the last 15 years working in HR for a pharmaceutical start-up and publicly-traded retail company, I've navigated a wide-variety of challenges...

from designing and launching a worldwide diversity and inclusion program, to implementing a system that effectively boarded people 

and processes post-strategic acquisition. 


My passion is designing and implementing procedures and processes to help people perform at their highest level while supporting the organization's strategic goals. 


I currently live in Wilmington NC, am happily married for over 20 years, 

have 2 teenage children, 2 crazy dogs, and love to travel.

Career Highlights

Chief People Officer

  • Direct Report to CEO as part of Executive C-Suite Team.
  • Seamlessly led system integrations post-acquisition of Pharmaca by Medly on compressed execution schedule. 
  • Designed overall people strategy to align with current and future business state and defined key success criteria.     
  • Transitioned company from fully insured benefits program to self-insured status with new broker, new plan design, and adjusted contribution modeling for successful Open Enrollment.     
  • Planned, communicated, and executed three RIFs impacting 700 employees.  

VP Talent Management & Operations

  • Launched first annual talent review process including performance appraisals, talent calibration, competency enhancement, and development plans.
  • Assembled Federated Training Organization of trainers within business units to standardize learning experience between central L&OD and business training programs and developed new curriculum to enhance manager skills. 

VP Human Resources

  • Promoted from director to vice president in recognition of strategic leadership across North America and abroad.
  • Oversaw global diversity and inclusion, corporate responsibility, global talent development, performance management, HRIS, compensation, and talent acquisition.
  • Coached business partners throughout acquisition of MVMT brand.

Manager

  • Lead Business Transformation for Japanese Consumer Electronics Manufacturer.
